MITO RETURN POLICY

ALL SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO MITO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.  MITO DOES NOT ISSUE CREDIT FOR INBOUND OR OUTBOUND FREIGHT CHARGES.

 

PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCT FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE

  • Product(s) that are brand new and uninstalled may be returned for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) not new and uninstalled or outside the 30-day window could be refused credit or be assessed a restocking fee plus the cost of any replacement materials if necessary.

  • Pecca Leather Kits by MITO are non-refundable and non-returnable – All sales are FINAL.

  • Contact MITO Corporation through e-mail or call 800-433-6486 to receive a Return Authorization Form. Complete this form in its entirety and e-mail back to MITO, you will be given a return authorization number within 2 days of receipt. Any items shipped to MITO without an RA number WILL be refused.

  • Product(s) to be returned should be shipped prepaid in its original packing material to MITO at the address on the form with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. If the RA number is not visible the package WILL be refused.

  • MITO is not responsible for any shipping damage that may occur in transit. If damage were to occur the claim process and any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the shipper.

  • Technicians will inspect the product(s) and RA Form details to determine credit status. Inaccurate returns or items sent back not included on the original RA will not be given credit and may be destroyed.

  • All credits and exchanges will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product(s).

  • Credit will be issued to the original method of payment or held as a credit for future purchases.

 

PRODUCT RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER DAMAGED

  • In the event you receive a package from MITO Corporation that has been damaged, please contact MITO Corporation at 800-433-6486 within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise.

  • It is very important that you keep the original packaging and contents in the same way it was received. MITO will call our shipping company to initiate a claim. Please set the damaged product in its’ packaging aside and await further instructions.

  • DO NOT, under any circumstances, return the package to MITO if it has been damaged. If you return the damaged product to MITO, you become the shipper and liability falls upon you.
