Flat Fee Shipping Program – MITO will ship via standard Federal Express ground individual items for a flat fee of $6.95 in the continental USA. If there are multiple items, the flat rate is $10.95 for standard Fed Ex in the contintental USA. If your order needs to go to Hawaii, Alaska, or is an International address, please call MITO at 1-800-433-6486 for costs.

SALES TAX: You are only charged 7% retail sales tax if we ship your order to Indiana. Otherwise, no sales tax!
